Make a seasonal wreath from fabric scraps with Sabrina Talana-Carruth
Sunday 12 March, 2 to 4:30pm, £50 or £80 (parent + child)
This workshop is for teens, adults or accompanied children (8+)
During this workshop you will explore and learn how to make an alternative and original Spring/Mother’s Day Wreath using simple creative recycling techniques explained by Sabrina. You will make a unique wreath repurposing materials like fabric scraps and metal coat hangers.
All the materials will be supplied and you will able to create the wreath with your prefered colour scheme (choosing from the fabric available or bringing your own fabric scraps or old garments) and take this home to use as your show stopper or to gift to your loved one.
Plesase note: if you bring your own fabric scraps, these need to be at least 5×15 cm strips, old shirts and off cuts of fabric are ideal for this project. If you have your own trusty fabric scissors feel free to bring them too.
