Drawing MEdiums Course with Isabel Carmona

FOUR WEEK Course

Mondays 17 & 24 April and 15 & 22 May 2023, 10:30am to 12:30 pm each session. £100 (for 4 sessions) or £30 single session

This course is for adults (18+).

In each session we will explore one drawing medium in earnest: graphite pencil, charcoal, ink dipped pen, drawing pens and biro.
We will work from observation and practice line drawing, shading, hatching, mark making and blending. A fun practical workshop for those who want to try drawing techniques and do more. An A4 sketchbook to collect your drawings and other materials needed for the class will be provided

Participant numbers

Workshop participant numbers will be capped at 8 people to retain small group numbers.

Covid Prevention

Please do not attend if you feel unwell or have CoVid-like symptoms. Please take a lateral flow test if you are feeling unwell.

Cancellation policy.

Please note that a ticketing fee of £5 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.

If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained.  If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.

In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
