We are now back and running and delighted to see so many of you back at City Arts Newbury for some of our workshops and events.
In 2024 we are continuing our Friday Art at the Art Hub Café as well as other initiatives like Warm Spaces (starting 31 January 2024) and Creative Thursdays (from 8 Feb to May 2024 – various dates) for people living alone and 65+
Our last workshop in January is coming up – Creative Patches with Wendy Lloyd and there are loads more in offer during February 2024 including the half term. Whether you like painting, drawing, ceramics or mixed media or nature art – there is likely to be something for you !
Our February exhibition is themed around Harmony and it is an Open Exhibition allowing anyone to enter their artworks for selection and the deadline is 31st January so don’t delay!
We are also seeking new volunteers to help with various administrative tasks as well as volunteering at the cafe. Full training provided. We are busy and always can do with a helping hand in various tasks so your experience or talents may be of interest to us.
