Glass Fusing children workshop with Jason Legget

This workshop is aimed at children’s 5 – 11 years old
All children must be accompanied by a parent or Guardian throughout the workshop.
This workshop is an opportunity to make a fused glass Halloween panel to be mounted on a Tea light or it can be hung as a window or wall hanging.
You will be able to make either a Skull, a Frankenstein head or a cheeky monster. You will have a basic back panel then you will have a coloured head shape or monster shape the you add glass elements to decorate a base pieces. You will have the chance to use frit (crushed glass), stringers and noodles (thin strands of glass), random sheet glass pieces and ready mixed enamel glass paints.
This is for a maximum of 8 x Children per session.
Due to the firing process, you will need to return to City Arts to collect your glass creations 2 weeks later.

If you feel unwell please carry out a test and don’t attend if positive to avoid contagion as far as possible of our more vulnerable customers.
Cancellation policy.
Please note that a ticketing fee of £2 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained. If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.
In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
