A Whole NATURE day Workshop with Sonya Dibbin, Sabrina Talana-Carruth and Isabel Carmona

This workshop is suitable for Adults (18+).
Join Sonya, Sabrina and Isabel on a nature day like no other, experiencing the Newbury outdoors and connecting with nature in various creative ways to bring you a sense of calm, renewed creativity and link with nature.
We will meet at Snelsmore Common Country Park inner car park area and where we will start the day with introductions before spending the morning (10 am to 12 noon) Forest Bathing with Sonya.
There will be a time for lunch and sharing around 12 to 12:30 and we progress to the afternoon Nature’s Art session with Sabrina from 12:30 to 2pm you will make some natural botanical ink and use found objects to apply it to paper.
From 2 to 3:30pm we will have an afternoon tea refreshment while we practice Nature Observational Drawing with Isabel record what we can see, touch and hear and have a few laughs.
The afternoon will be wrapped up with Sonya during a final calm session, sharing, listening and surrounded by the natural environment.
No experience necessary but a willingness to experience the outdoors, open your mind and awaken your senses in nature.

There is a café on site (The Snugg) that has a variety of food offer we can preorder for you - Dress for the outdoors
- Toilets are available on the Country Park during the café opening hours
Location is confirmed as Snelsmore Common – if you have difficulty to get there by car please get in touch. we have (limited) space for lifts there if you can get yourself to City Arts

Cancellation policy.
Please note that a ticketing fee of £5 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained. If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.
In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
