MULTI DAY Pottery WORKSHOP with Pots of Hope Susie
Sundays 23 February and 2 & 30 March 2025
£100 + £5 firing/piece charge payable to Susie
10:30am to 12 noon each day
This workshop is suitable for teens & adults, beginners, and more experienced students alike.
A very sociable clay course inviting everyone of any level of pottery experience (from complete beginners to those interested in expanding their knowledge) to slab roll, pinch, and join to create your own handmade, carved and/or sprig decorated stoneware mug.
Explore a wide selection of colourful brush-on and ‘special effect’ glazes in session 2.
Actively participate in testing, discussing and reviewing your mug in session 3 with a complementary hot drink from the lovely City Arts Hub Café*.
There will be a fun ‘vote’ for our favourite mug: the winner will receive a 10% discount on a future Pots of Hope Susie course at City Arts!
All materials included.
Once through its final kiln firing your work will be made available to you for collection by arrangement with Susie.

If you feel unwell please carry out a test and don’t attend if positive to avoid contagion as far as possible of our more vulnerable customers.
Cancellation policy.
Please note that a ticketing fee of £5 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained. If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.
In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
