Evening Course (5 sessions) with Pots of Hope Susie
Wednesdays from 30 April to 28 May 2025
4:30 to 5pm (or other time slots – see below)
£175 (for 5 weeks course) + £5 firing/piece charge payable to Susie
This workshop is for Children, Teenagers or Adults (18+)
5 weekly ½ hour 1:1 expertly taught, instructional and nurturing lessons on Wheel Thrown Pottery for beginners and improvers to work specifically on acquiring, developing and expanding wheel throwing skills and techniques.
All materials included
Choose between three 30 minute time slots when you book.
- 4:30 to 5pm
- 5:05 to 5:35pm
- 5:40 to 6:10pm
- 6:15 to 6:45pm
Please Note: Susie’s potter’s wheels are not suitable for people with pacemakers.
Once through its final kiln firing your work will be made available to you for collection by arrangement with Susie.

Covid prevention
If you feel unwell please carry out a test and don’t attend if positive to avoid contagion as far as possible of our more vulnerable customers.
Cancellation policy.
Please note that a ticketing fee of £5 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained. If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.
In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
