Three Week nature Art Course with sabrina Talana-carruth
Saturdays 13 , 20 and 27 September 2025 – 10am to 12noon each day – £90 for 3weeks or £35 single session
This course is for old teenagers (16+) and adults (18+)
A series of sessions of creative forest school for adults, where we will walk and explore local places of natural and historical interest.
During these sessions we will notice natural elements throughout various seasons and work guided and freely to produce a Nature journal and develop creative and art techniques like nature printing, texture rubbing, mark making etc and making and using natural art mediums like charcoal sticks, botanical inks and more.
Dress for the weather , bring some basic art supplies to complement the ones that we will make during the sessions, something to seat on , water, flasks of tea or coffee.
We will supply all the materials and equipment to work with during the session as well as a small sketch book( feel free to bring your own if you like to use a specific special one).

Each week there will be a different meeting point
Week 1 – 13 Sep – meet upstairs space at City Arts Newbury and we’ll walk to location nearby
Week 2 – 20 Sep – meet on location – Greenham forest – we will send link to meeting point.
Week 3 – 27 Sep – meet on location – private wood near Shaw (charcoal making and drawing) – we will send link to meeting point.

Cancellation policy.
Please note that a ticketing fee of £5 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained. If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.
In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
