Weaving tASTER workshop with Mandy Allport

This workshop is suitable for adults (18+)
Using a stunning array of seasonal spring coloured yarn, working on a small wooden loom and using beautiful Ukrainian hand carved wooden tools, Mandy will teach you the basic weaving stitches to create a linear weaving…a stunning modern Bohemia wall accessory for your home!
You will learn the techniques to create a modern contemporary weave whilst celebrating the wonder of this traditional heritage craft.
Mandy will encourage and teach you, how to explore the exciting world of colour, and how to create a modern palette accompanied by texture: building a truly Bohemia asseblr!

Please note that a ticketing fee of £2 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained. If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.
In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
