A whole day of Graffiti and creative workshops held outdoors near Newbury – at Growing2gether with the team of City Arts Newbury

On site there will be refreshments and cake provided by the City Arts Newbury team throughout the day, in aid of our charitable activities in the community.

Graffiti Art Workshops

with Mark Peachey

Sessions are 1 hour slots starting at 10:30, 11:30 and 1pm
for children (age 8+) – £35 per child
Adult session at 2pm – £45

A collection of spray paint cans in various colors, including pink, blue, and green.

Graffiti Art Workshop details

Come and join our Graffiti street art workshop this summer and make your own custom, personalised piece of artwork to take home.
Each person gets their own large board, with two graffiti-style initials pre-sketched by our
talented artist. Then, it’s time to dive into the world of graffiti art!

You will learn

  • how to fill in without drips
  • to blend colours like a pro
  • to paint eye catching designs

After you’ve worked your magic, the graffiti artist will step in to outline and finesse the letters, adding those final style touches to make the artwork pop!

Creative Upcycling Planters Workshop details

Turn an everyday can into a fun, unique planter for seed, a great hands-on way to get creative and eco-friendly!
Choose your design: butterfly or dragon / monster. A playful, imaginative workshop with a sustainable twist, come and get making!

Cancellation policy.

Please note that a ticketing fee of £2 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.

If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained.  If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.

In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop fee.
