For the under 13 year category – Nika Datskovskaa (9 years old) with her picture of a friendly dragon
For the teens category: Ripley Johnson (14 years old) with a super hero character
For the adult category : Robyn Stephens with the picture of Newbury Town Hall
Our chair, Diana Pattenden tells us this year:
What a great year with so many contestants! Lovely messages about saving the planet, the ocean, the trees. The strong blocking of colour has a more impactful image but some of the fine drawing shows care with line and fun with mark-making. Thanks for choosing me to judge.
