Summer 2022 is almost over and we’ve enjoyed a great amount of creativity at the Art Hub Cafe Open on Fridays and Saturdays, regularly from 10am to 4pm for coffee, cake and art. This autumn the Free Friday art activities for those adults that feel a bit isolated continue at the hub – see programme here for details.

The autumn will start with plenty of arty courses throughout the week for children, with Sarah Moorcroft on (Art for kids) Monday and Katherine Kingdon (Clay skills) on Tuesdays

There are also specific courses for those that want to learn about Framing with Laura Cranstoun

Our Nature Art Course with Sabrina also returns in October.

And we have two main exhibitions in September – September Ceramics 2022 and October – Art with Words open for entries with its own Zine Print Fair on Saturday 1st October.

More activity means we need more volunteers to help us. If you fancy helping us our our journey, get in touch to volunteer for cafe refreshments shifts, exhibitions setting up or stewarding, or helping out with refreshments or the community days.
