5 week course Dungarees making workshop with Jo Cox from Pip&Joy

5 weeks – Wednesdays 14 June to 12 July 2023 – 6 to 8pm – £120

This workshop is for adults (18+)

Make a pair of dungarees to your own size.  Learn to cut out the pattern to your size, prepare the fabric and put it all together under the expert tuition of Jo Cox from Pip & Joy.

This workshop is for those who already know the basics of  how to machine sew.

Fabric required will be 1.6m-3.5m depending which size you make.
Sizes available range from xxs-7xl.
Once you book, please contact Jo by email (we will forward your booking to Jo) to discuss sizing and fabric requirements.
Suitable fabrics include medium weight, soft woven fabrics such as linen, mid-heavy weight cotton, light-weight denim or corduroy.

All other materials and equipment are provided.

Non refundable ticket fee (included in price): £5.

Covid prevention

If you feel unwell please carry out a test and don’t attend if positive to avoid contagion as far as possible of our more vulnerable customers.

Cancellation policy.

Please note that a ticketing fee of £2 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.

If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained.  If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.

In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
