Morning workshop making a Ceramic Torso with Rebecca Maynard

Thursday 6 April 2023, 10am to 1pm £40 plus £5 firing (payable on the day directly to Rebecca)

This workshop is for Teens or Adults (18+)

Learn the foundations of hand building a 3 dimensional form using : slab building, sculpting, joining and mark making techniques to create your own unique clay character.

All materials provided

Bring an Apron or Dress for mess .

Workshop participant numbers will be small : maximum 8

If you feel unwell please carry out a test and don’t attend if positive to avoid contagion as far as possible of our more vulnerable customers.

Cancellation policy.

Please note that a ticketing fee of £2 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.

If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained.  If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.

In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
