One Day clay figure making workshop with Katherine Kingdon

Saturday 25 March 2023, 10am to 4pm, £65 Plus £5/person firing charge payable directly to Katherine on the day
This workshop is for adults (18+)

Come and have fun making a clay figure or two with Katherine. Discover how to develop character and suggest a story through facial expression and pose. It’s absorbing, it’s creative and there’s usually lots of laughter.

Spend the day playing with clay. Explore hand modelling techniques and learn ways of adding facial expression and character. They make excellent presents.

Pieces will be taken away for firing and can be collected from City Arts at a later date.

If you feel unwell please carry out a test and don’t attend if positive to avoid contagion as far as possible of our more vulnerable customers.

Cancellation policy.

Please note that a ticketing fee of £2 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.

If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained.  If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.

In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
