one Day workshop with Sue Bridge

This workshop is suitable for adults.
An opportunity to explore these fascinating topics in a number of different ways. We will explore a number of different media, acrylic,watercolour, stencils, printing and drawing to produce a number of exploratory studies on the theme.
These separate sheets can be the basis for a larger piece of work to be developed at a later date or else separate pages can be collaged into a sketchpad or even made into a book.
We will look at the pattern potential of wood using stencils. Actual leaves will be used as a resource to make rubbings, stencils and simple prints enabling us to build multi media layered pieces of work.
Step by step instructions all the way and all basic materials provided though students may like to bring their own paints and brushes.
A fun workshop for those who enjoy an element of experimental investigation using mixed media.

Please note that a ticketing fee of £5 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained. If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.
In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
