This workshop is for Adults (18+)

Experimental Mixed media course
Wk 1: introduction to mixed media and creation of collage papers
Wk 2: exploring media sampling, composition and layering to encapsulate collage papers and other materials
Wk 3: creating a 2D experimental mixed media collage
Wk 4: creating an experimental mixed media collage using further embellishment and distressing techniques
Wk 5: finishing, mounting and presenting artwork (minimum of four sample compositions and two pieces of finished artwork produced)

Participant numbers

Workshop participant numbers will be small numbers – maximum 12

CoVid prevention

Please do not attend if you feel unwell or have CoVid-like symptoms. Please take a lateral flow test if you are feeling unwell.

Cancellation policy.

Please note that a ticketing fee of £5 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.

If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained.  If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.

In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
